Mr. Appleby's career began at First Boston Canada Ltd. as a
money market trader and later Vice President-Bond Trading.
Mr. Appleby has also worked as an investment executive with Scotia Mcleod Inc.
and is also co-founder of the Atlantis Group Inc. where he currently holds the post of President and Chief Executive Officer. |

over 25 years of financial management experience in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Lawson hold a masters in economics from the London School of Economics, is a professional accountant registered in both Canada and the U.S., and was most recently the CFO of the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation. |
